Overhang

In the VC world, we sometimes talk about the overhang - the amount of money left uninvested because there simply aren't enough great ideas to go around. I'm not sure I agree with the generally accepted reason (the ideas aren't good enough) - but here's a very nice piece expanding on the theme.
