'Memory morphing' - basically, attempting to plant false memories is the latest tactic in advertising. This guy is a prof at HBS who's come up with this - the ad agencies are skeptical. He's been very influential in the past - he's the guy that came up with the work on metaphor in advertising (ZMET), which is an industry standard now. So he probably know what he's talking about.
