Review article of why Sony's earnings got hammered: lower PS sales, media properties underperforming, and low demand for CE in general.

The Street will, of course, see this as a reason for a massive Sony sell-off - notwithstanding the fact that they're about to push the PSX and PlayStation Handheld, which are going to create massive discontinuities and blur the boundaries of several industries. Short-termism like that is seriously irrational - I think the Street needs to reread their Warren Buffett.
