This is a nice article about the so-called recovery in the labor market. It points out that people don't feel like there's a recovery because the jobs which have come back are often lower paid than before, with less benefits, less security, and are often temp jobs. Basically, it argues that there's still a scarcity in what most people would consider 'good' jobs.
