Face transplants will soon become a surgical reality. Beyond the cool factor (which is all my buddies here talked about), there are many, many, people in the world who have suffered burns or other damage to their faces, and who might want to benefit from innovation like this.

On the other hand, Surgeons oppose them, and so do some people with facial damage.
