Sun reaches a major deal with China to sell a million licenses of StarOffice at $50 per seat. A new strategy to target governments and public agencies?
Sun also announced a strategic alliance with AMD to build Opteron-based hardware.
This is absolutely brilliant strategy by Sun. Those who counted them out last time were more than a little premature.
