Gartner in India predicts that tech labor will keep flowing from the US to India, consolidation will continue, and that the backlash will subside. What a surprise.

Nice example of how Gartner/Forrester/et al are slowly eating themselves, by focusing solely on their short-term incentives, and squandering what little credibility they've got left. If this is all that really happens in the tech industry in the next five years, global growth will pretty much grind to a halt.
