Tivo-To-Go is a simple networking service that lets you utilize your computer for storage of programs. I think this is killer - a brillian strategic move. Why?

One of Hamel's greatest insights was that revolutionaries blur industry boundaries. This is a very deep statement. Tivo's shown itself to be a master of this kind of revolutionary strategy - this is the latest example.

This is a killer response to the threat it faces from network operators providing DVR in cable-boxes.
