Strategy Decay

Apparently, Burger King now offers a bunless whopper. Apparently, these guys really can't see the seismic discontinuity in consumer needs that's happened in the last 5 years or so.

So why bother innovating when you can just hold the bun? It's not like you're strategy's already decayed to the point where it inspires award-winning movies.
