The problem is switching costs - I'm locked into Blogger, since my blogging time is so limited. That makes switching impossible - the opportunity cost of switching is probably a month's worth of (painful) blogging on Blogger. But at some point I do hope to switch - most likely to TypePad, since it seems to offer the right mix of painlessness and flexibility. In case you were interested :)
