A dangerously good piece on how the FCC is rewinding the economics of the telco industry. Essential reading. I think it misses the fact that consumers have substitutes available to them in abundance today, unlike the 80s, and so the FCC essentially subsidizing the Bells at the cost of CLECs is simply going to cause a flight to VoIP and mobile networks.
