Regarding the post of the decline of the American brand.

* turn the very premise of a competitor's existance into its biggest liability. - I like that. That'll be our 'go-forward' strategy.

Maybe if America goes far enough out to right field, and if Bush manages to do something insanely retarded like start a nuclear show down with the new Iran/China/Russia axis of sort-of-evil, people will start drinking mecca cola and wearing the people's uniform on a night out to the clubs. Right, and a monkey will rule the free world...oh wait...

Oh and by the way, the FCC has now finished digging its grave and is now looking at a suitable coffin.
