Licensing 2.0

Doc links to a piece about how DRM shouldn't be binary. The real problem is not with DRM - it's with copyright. Copyright is, for the vast majority of purposes, a binary license. This is incompatible with a digital economy, in which the consumption of goods - the business model that's best aligned with both producer and consumer surplus is no longer binary.

Simple idea - that's why we build a non-binary concept license around the ideas of viral consumption (and thus viral revenue).
