Property Rights, Web 2.0, and the Line Between Good and Evil

Check out TopTenSources. Is it like the Tony Soprano of Web 2.0 - nice on the outside, evil on the inside?

I would be very unhappy if these guys tried republishing Bubblegen - because these guys would be realize network gains, and I wouldn't.

But they raise a bunch of questions. When does syndication become replication? Are feeds in the public domain? Is this a legitimate model?

I'm interested to hear what you guys think.
