How To Be a Revolutionary, Pt 90174

Changing the world for the better, versus taking it over.

There's no shortage of moribund industries crippled by obsolete business models and creaking, rusting value chains.

Mobile is one of the most obvious, of course.

And between Apple and Google's full on onslaught of radical economic innovation, mobile operators - still stuck in a world of where lamer = better - stand no chance at all of survival.

See the point? Revolutionaries don't buy into the old order - they want to create a new one. How small - and overblown - Facebook's megahype looks next to this.
